Sadie was the best mum, gran & great-gran, she was loved by all who knew her, a great friend & neighbour
She passed away on 24th January 2008, peacefully at home with her family
We set up this page as a memorial for her 1st anniversary & would welcome anyone who knew her to stop by & leave a message
She is loved & missed every day & we will never forget her, she was the most special person in our life & when she died we were all heart broken but I know that she will be happy with Ella & Jimmy
